If you are actually active in this army you will know we do a lot of recruiting. You may not see us on chats like Riffy,OldCp Ect. because we CP recruit. Yes we have gone from the top dogs in chat recruiting to CP recruiting. I’m not saying chat recruiting wrong but CP recruiting is for the people who can’t chat recruit *cough* That lady sitting in the corner *cough*

I don’t know if you realize or not but I’m doing this to keep SWAT legacy alive, I’m not doing this because I’m leader. First off to the leaders-
I’M DONE WITH ALL THIS RESETTING CRAP. ME DOMS,GOODJOKER, AND SPIKEY ARE THE ONLY LEADERS FROM THIS POINT ON.
To the owners instead of just chatting on your free time recruit on CP or on chats. I don’t want to make a limit on how many people you must recruit per week but it’s going to come down to that if we don’t reel in troops.
Mods, instead of crying for owner maybe actually WORK for it. Let me show you what “work” means-
Noun:
Activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result.
Verb:
Be engaged in physical or mental activity in order to achieve a purpose or result, esp. in one’s job; do work
Right now most of the mods work means crying because they didn’t get owner.
Now members, I don’t expect a lot from you. All I want in a member is a nice and active one. But this is what I’m getting-
“Give me 20 medals or im quitting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
The medal system was a way to get the troops active and motivated. Not another way to make a full mod army.
I’m saying this why? Cause this will get us into the top ten-

Reeces2011 : It’s time
I have been thinking about this for a while now. We seem to get at least 1-3 recruits per day. We never seem to get pass 15+ for a training session or a 30+ for a recruiting session. What’s up with that? Every troop likes me because I’m not a mean leader I love to have fun and all that stuff but when it comes down to it I do what is best for the army. I’m thinking about pulling a Ioio, making everyone member till they come to an event. This works for LT for the sole purpose of inactive troops. I’ll give us 2 weeks to get 20+ for a training session. When those 2 weeks are up I will be putting this rule in. Till then if you don’t come to an event next week you will be temp-demoted. Thanks and to help fix this problem recruit. I’ll be making a “How to recruit on CP” guide soon.
