I don’t know if everyone back to school or not but i’m not in school yet. Since most of the troops are not in school yet we will have events at 2Pm Est but don’t feel left out as you guys will be the first ones our of school(Hopefully). Till then we will try to achieve a few goals in 3-4 weeks.

*Means-I’ll talk about it.

Get back into CPAC top ten

Get stable sizes of 20-25

Have Aus sizes of 10

Have active troops

Improve ranks*

Have Fun Events*

Get Domain*

Recruiting Contest*

Improve ranks-In my opinion our ranks are messed up. These ranks that we currently have were made in 2009, when SWAT first was made. When you look at our ranks you might say “This doesn’t make sense.” or something of that sort. I want to get in touch with all the leaders and hopefully go through with this rank change.

Have more fun Events– We have to many Training Sessions and stuff like that. Even Recruiting Sessions get boring after a while. I want to have snowball fights with other armies instead of always standing in a line pressing a few buttons.This will make new recruits join us as well.

Get Domain-We need a domain. We had a domain theswatofcp.com (I believe) bit that’s been long gone. We are looking for anyone who wants to donate a domain to the site. Doesn’t matter if your in SWAT or not. If you do, you will get special treats(Mod on chat ect.)

Recruiting Contest-I don’t mean giving out xats to people who join the army for one week,recruit a bunch of people,get the xat and leave. I’m talking about us splitting the army apart into separate divisions(Almost).  The team that’s gets the most recruits will get a promotion where the other team will have to work harder.

Since everyone is already in school or starting school in a few weeks we need to see what good times to make events for so we can get the best possible results.

Depends what I do most days. I am usually free at night and before noon.

Everyone get ready for a busy week. This week was just a un-lucky one.I don't expect the same results this week I expect better. SWAT we can do this. We showed we can get 20-25. This week was just bad with leaders getting fired left and right and with new leaders left and right. Always remember we can do better and this week was just bad. Never give up, no matter what happens stay with this army.

Recovered: Things will be change

This is it. We had a Practice Battle with IW today right? Guess what. WE DIDN’T GET OVER 15+. We had many recruits join yesterday and in the past few days. We had 10 people join today. That’s good enough to get 3-6 people to an event. This past week we may have had 15-20 people join. That should be 10-15 people coming to events. When YOU joined this army you made a promise that you will be active and come to events. We had 40+ people join and had 10-15 from the past gen stay. You know how much we should be getting if most of them are active? 20-30. You know how amazing that would be? I’ll guess we will never find out until everyone stops slacking off. This is EVERYONE last warning. If the leaders ever see 10+ at an event that is booth US friendly and UK friendly they have the right to demote a lot of people. There is also a new rule put in place….

IF YOUR ON CHAT 10 MINUTES BEFORE A EVENT THAT MEANS YOU FREE. THE CHANCES OF YOU HAVING TO LEAVE AT THE EXACT  MOMENT THE EVENT STARTS IS SO SLIM.

You know why this gen has lasted so long? It’s because we have active troops. I don’t care if you’re the most loyal troop in the world. YOUR NOTHING TO SWAT IF YOUR NOT ACTIVE. Get your act together or there will be one more gen for people to laugh at.

Please tell me what war ended a week ago i believe? Please tell what war last for 30+ days? If you don’t know (Which this guy Snake Eyes doesn’t know) it was between RPF and the Nachos. If you actually followed the war you would have know that they ended the war with a one month crease fire. For those who do not know what “Crease fire” means it means-

ceasefire (ˈsiːsfaiə(r)) noun

an agreement to stop fighting; a period of not fighting.

The crease fire will last between Nachos and the RPF is one month. If you can actually count it been a week since that treaty was sign.

Recovered: I’m Done With This Crap

I don’t know if you realize or not but I’m doing this to keep SWAT legacy alive, I’m not doing this because I’m leader. First off to the leaders-

I’M DONE WITH ALL THIS RESETTING CRAP. ME DOMS,GOODJOKER, AND SPIKEY ARE THE ONLY LEADERS FROM THIS POINT ON.

To the owners instead of just chatting on your free time recruit on CP or on chats. I don’t want to make a limit on how many people you must recruit per week but it’s going to come down to that if we don’t reel in troops.

Mods, instead of crying for owner maybe actually WORK for it. Let me show you what “work” means-

Noun:
Activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result.

Verb:
Be engaged in physical or mental activity in order to achieve a purpose or result, esp. in one’s job; do work

Right now most of the mods work means crying because they didn’t get owner.

Now members, I don’t expect a lot from you. All I want in a member is a nice and active one. But this is what I’m getting-

“Give me 20 medals or im quitting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

The medal system was a way to get the troops active and motivated. Not another way to make a full mod army.

I’m saying this why? Cause this will get us into the top ten-
