Wow. What else can I say other than just that: wow.
Today we held our second event of the week, another training session with a partial U-Lead element and it was amazing. Every event we do I don’t think I could be any prouder of us as a new(ish) army, and yet you all come and blow me away again and again.
As a SWAT Commander all I want is for agents to have fun at events, but sometimes I get so caught up with tactics and formations that I forget to have fun myself. But today I didn’t even need to think about having fun, because from the get-go the event was a blast. No tactic felt rehearsed or overdone, everything felt organic and straight from the hearts of the agents or the owners and I think that knowledge that you guys were having fun really heightened the mood on the chat. Having new agents try out tactics and veterans pull out inside jokes brought an amazing contrast and it was a joy to be a part of.
Maxing 29 at our second event was also a surreal experience. Of course I must thank our amazing staff members for pulling out all the stops by messaging agents and hyping the chat (you’re all amazing) and our fabulous allies the Royals and Golden Troops for joining us (even though most of you are a part of our army by now – Brooke I hope you enjoy being a Lance Corporal 😉 ).
I just want to thank everyone so much for their hard work and dedication to SWAT. I love you all so much and you really are the best family I could ever ask for. Even you Conor, despite showing up 20 minutes late 😛
