Today marks my one-year anniversary as the 73rd Commander-in-Chief.
On the 29th of December, 2022 I joined the Special Weapons And Tactics. Now undoubtedly, I for sure was one of the fastest troops that reached the leadership. 6 months after I joined, on the 15th of November I was promoted to serve as a leader. However, there is no doubt that SWAT degraded over time, but the leadership managed to repower itself and spread hope across the team. After a whole revamp to both the official and staff server, and many new systems by Fun X Time known as (Young Sheldon). SWAT managed to retain almost 12-15 penguins across their events. Ultimately, the current performance is yet to for sure see some improvement.
Fun X Time has provided with his post about how we plan to undergo the Christmas Choas tourney set to last between Saturday, November 30 and Saturday, December 21, with a battle every weekend.
Clade: (How do you think SWAT can overcome current challenges?) SWAT, this army is amazing. We may not be strong in the top ten, but our friendships are made with fire and roc, and that will make us stronger. We are not only comrades; we are a family. We can overcome these challenges by all working together on issues. Mark my words, we will be the most feared army You all shall see.
William: (Do you think SWAT will see its rise?) Well, there are many ways to look at this, different ways to define “rise,” and different ways it can happen. The most normal way is that we simply get big through normal means. I definitely think that may happen; the pandemic made us big, and a new one is bound to come soon. We could also get big physically; say Discord builds a new building for their servers, and our server ends up being hosted on it. There’s also the chance of us being big publicly; I’ve already planned fucking radio ads and billboards. There’s of course also the fact that in 1.7×10106 years (if protons decay), the universe will undergo heat death, making it completely empty and therefore causing plenty of virtual particles to pop into existence. These could form in such a manner to create all of CPA with a risen SWATRuler; in fact, we could be living in a version of this right now, Boltzmann CPA, in other words.
Today marks my first anniversary as a Commander in Special Weapons and Tactics.
I joined the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) army of Club Penguin on June 15, 2020, and I was able to climb the ranks very quickly to Leader-in-Training in less than a year. However, it was not until November 15, 2023, that I became a SWAT Commander. Last year, on November 15, Fwapo, Bull Hour, and I were promoted to SWAT leadership collectively. For those who have been in SWAT between 2020–2022, you might remember me as Krill 300, or just Krill.
In this article, I will be describing one of my greatest needs at present.
Community Engagement Is Scaling
Community engagement has become a vital topic within SWAT. Getting away from Club Penguin for some time without losing attention to SWAT is now possible. We are trying to integrate fun games during and after events, and we are working towards adding more enjoyment within our community. We will now work on a pre-proposed plan every month and decide what activities should be set aside regular events. The occasions and activities that need to be held is your call.
Voice Yourself
Right now, one of my biggest concerns is receiving little feedback. We are in great need of feedback, and we are looking for a vast space filled with awesome ideas. I am essentially a fashioner of creativity, and my creative element can only be utilized if you bring some ideas forward, too.
Christmas Chaos XIV
The Christmas Chaos (CC) is an annual tournament held in December. It is among the most intriguing tournaments of the year, with others being the Legends Cup and the March Madness tournaments. CC brings a large volume of excitement into the army community, as this year will see a lot of differentiation in participation.
I am not making predictions for who is winning the tournament trophy. However, I am strongly willing to see sizes of over 20 this December. SWAT will endeavor to defeat as many armies as possible during this highly competitive tournament.
The tournament is set to last between Saturday, November 30, and Saturday, December 21, with a battle every weekend.
“The Special Weapons and Tactics endeavor to briefly advance as much as possible in this year’s Christmas Chaos tournament. We are certain that we will acquire sizes between 20–30 this tournament. Following SWAT’s loss in the Blood Bowl tournament, we have gained strength after learning from our errors.”
“We are building a strategy while working on making a consistent recruiting base. Moreover, we have inducted multiple members from various sections of the army society, and our sizes have doubled. Additionally, it is worth noting that The First Great Recruiting Competition held between October and November has fueled us for the tournament.”
For 2024, Christmas @ SWAT will be one of the most amusing and extensive festivals!”
— Commander Fun X Time, in an interview with the Club Penguin Armies (CPA) league
Your Section
How would you like to see community engagement propel in SWAT?
“Keeping people entertained is always a great idea I would love to see an advancement on this as we are planning a lot of things for the future”
— Second-in-Command Shazam
Suggest any one strategy that SWAT can utilize to make the most out of the upcoming Christmas Chaos XV tournament.
“SWAT can win by gaining more attendants throughout it by recruits or dm reminding, this is a bit advantage for us for we can do more formations, tactics amd blocking the other army.”
“A second advantage is people not being AFK. This makes it so we have a better win chance if everyone does it”
“Bigger bwbs and better made tactics is another strategy. We need tactics or bwbs so we can cover them or actually do something instead of standing around. This is an important strategy because we cannot win if we never cover them but instead we get covered the most.”
“A 3rd strategy is dm reminding and recruiting and getting people to join more. This links to the first strategy, like once again we can’t win if we don’t have enough attendants.”
“We must work on SWAT more, as in making posts/news and also more awareness. If people are awake at a great event time. Make sure they are logged on, and keep track on dates of events and when to log on or when to change server and room. We must be on time and first to enter.”
“We also need to think as a team and do teamwork for this can help us achieve our goals and win battles.”
If you have feedback, please do not hesitate to fill in the comment form above. We are willing to hear as much as we can. While all this, we are also aiming to improve our recruiting.
Recruitment Regiment
The Recruitment Regiment will be a redesign of our Recruiting Force, and the existing Recruiting Force will be put to an end. The new Regiment will be strongly dedicated to recruiting and will possess a team of expert recruiters. Moreover, we will also ensure that non-Regiment members do not lose their recruiting skills, by providing support to those not in the Regiment. Registrations to the Regiment will be open soon, with a minimum rank requirement. Members of the SWAT Corporation are specifically invited, but we are looking forward to training those not in the Corporation training program, too.
The Recruitment Regiment and its working will be briefly explained in a website article that will be released very soon!
In summary, my first year in SWAT was wholesome. The awesomeness of my presence will continue. On behalf of the SWAT Leadership, I would like to extend my gratitude to all SWAT agents who have cooperated with us. Thank you very much!
SWAT continues its way into November. Meanwhile, a new alliance was cherished, following a fun practice battle.

4. Rewind: Project Conquest: Blood Bowl
Project Conquest: Blood Bowl was a map tournament seen by the army community through much of October. Over the past month, SWAT participated in daily invasions and defenses, and a handful of training events and ceremonies in regards to the tournament. We also wanted to congratulate the Winged Hussars who acquired the small-medium trophy, despite having us defeated. During Blood Bowl, we also acquired a size of 18 at one of our events, which is the highest size SWAT has acquired without allies in at least the past 12 months! Blood Bowl taught us many things. With each loss, we learned something, and we became stronger. SWAT still placed second in the small-medium army category on the army map!
“We won flipping second, good job everyone. We may all be discouraged by that loss today, but we can learn to grow, learn to improve. There is no one person to blame but our collective room to improve, but that means if each of us improve- just a little bit- we can make SWAT so much better. We squabble and have our differences, yet together we are all brought together by the thrill of pride in our army, the push for determination to do better.”
— SWAT Commander Zooy

Will YOU be able to secure SWAT from loss in this tournament? Thank you very much to the agents who partook in our community during the week!
Greetings, agents! The SWAT Corporation presents you with the Great Recruiting Competition I. Who will emerge victorious?
Recruiting Explained
Recruiting is the process of inviting individuals to the SWAT community. In SWAT, simply inviting an individual to the Discord server will count as a recruit. Recruiting is essential for SWAT for multiple reasons.
Why should you recruit?
Recruiting allows SWAT to grow, increasing the member count
The addition of individuals in the community can help increase in-server activity
Recruiting can lead to enlisting, allowing SWAT to acquire larger participation at events and battles
You will discover more people and connect with them, making new friends
As a staff member, you will be consistent and almost immune to demotions
Who can you recruit?
Friends on the Internet or by word of mouth
Family members
Random Internet users who may be interested
Former members who are not affiliated with any Club Penguin army at present
The two lists above are not complete, because there are many, many other options!
The SWAT Corporation offers free training to any troop willing to learn how to recruit. Please do not hesitate to contact a High Command (HCOM) member or Commander. Moreover, we are ready to provide you with meritable advice.
The Recruiting Competition
This month, the recruiting competition is based on a point-based score system. Do not be influenced by this system, however, as your ultimate vision should be to recruit consistently.
Score system:
1 recruit: +5.0 points
Any individual invited to the Discord server during the competition is counted.
1 departure: -2.5 points
Any recruit leaving the server is counted, only if they joined during the competition.
1 enlist: +7.5 points
Any recruit that registers an account on CPA Battleground, and has it successfully activated, is counted.
Messenger’s Bonus: +2.0 points
You will be rewarded if your recruit sends at least 5 messages upon joining.
This is only considered if the recruit sent 5 messages within 1 hour after they joined.
Communicate with your recruit after they join to make this happen. You should try to make them converse with you.
Welcomer’s Bonus: +0.5 points
Welcome your recruit for a small bonus.
Welcoming is counted only if done within 15 minutes of their joining, or if not more than 5 messages have passed by.
Attendee’s Bonus: +10.0 points
Have your recruit attend an event.
Ask your recruit if they can attend an upcoming event. It would be best if you tried to recommend them to do so.
The Outreach Bonus: +7.5 points
If your recruit invites another member to the server, you will be rewarded.
To achieve this, you can encourage your recruits to invite their friends.
Please note that you may receive points for actions done by or on your recruit only. You cannot earn points by acting on a recruit that is not yours. Furthermore, we are logging all invites, so we strongly encourage you to create your own Discord invite link.
Competition Starts: Monday, October 14, 2024, 05:00 PM UTC Competition Ends: Saturday, October 26, 2024, 05:00 PM UTC The competition spans 12 days.
Prizes
All contestants will receive coins based on their score. For every 1 point, a contestant would receive 50,000 SWAT Coins. Furthermore, winners at the following placements would receive additional rewards…
1st Place: 25,000,000 SWAT Coins
2nd Place: 15,000,000 SWAT Coins
3rd Place: 5,000,000 SWAT Coins
Chances of promotions will be greatly raised for those who bring in a large number of recruits.
Registration
To participate, you will need to sign up. To do so, please head over to the #the-great-recruiting-competition channel of our Discord server. You may sign up at any point in time during the competition. However, it is strongly encouraged to register before the Competition officially starts, as it will be more fair to you.
Registration Starts: Sunday, October 13, 2024, 11:00 AM UTC Registration Ends: Saturday, October 26, 2024, 05:00 PM UTC (By the end of the Competition) The main registration time lasts 30 hours, but you may register at any time during the Competition.
Guidelines
Each bonus can be only claimed once per recruit.
One should not recruit users with inappropriate profile information at the time of their joining. You will not be rewarded for any action performed on or by these recruits.
Please do not use another user’s invite link to recruit, even if you are willing to pass them the reward.
Please do not steal others’ invites by falsely claiming that their recruit is yours.
Pictorial evidence can be asked for at any time if there are issues with the guidelines being followed. Please keep this in mind while recruiting.
Creating alternate accounts [alts] and recruiting them to the community will not count as a recruit. Please do not use this to unfairly gain advantage. Inform commanders upon inviting an alt account to SWAT’s server, so we are aware it is not to be counted.
No loopholes to any of the aforementioned guidelines.
We wish all contestants the best. May the most hardworking emerge victorious! Thank you very much for partaking in our community!
With Project Conquest under our sleeves, watch how the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) strategize and specialize in Halloween-themed combat.
